Barbara was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, on March 4, 1937, to Charles E. and Lucille Dorthy (Lindberg) Bartlemay. She was survived by husband, Verden W. Fultz; daughters, Sandra Fultz Wells, and Cindy Fultz Dickerson; daughter-in-law, Christine Fultz; grandchildren, Jason Mooney, Nicole Wells, Brandy Fultz, Daniel Fultz, Jenny Demoran, Cassy Dickerson and Chantilly Venegas; great-grandchildren, Lindsey Haney and Anaiha Demoran; two sisters and a brother. Barbara was preceded in death by two sisters and a son. Sylvia Shirley (Sprague) Von Weller

Survived by daughters Verna Richards Shakespeare and Jan Richards Allen, stepson Rick
VonWeller, stepdaughter Pamela Bilbo and several other stepchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by grandson Aaron Solomon and her parents William and Emma Sprague, brothers Charlie, Ernest and Porter Sprague, first husband Verne Richards, and second husband Raph VonWeller.
She moved to Redmond from Fort Rock in 1924 and lived most of her life in Redmond. She was a very active lady who enjoyed gardening, reading, listening to Lawrence Welk every Saturday night and loved animals. She always wanted to cook or take people out to dinner or bake them a pie. She enjoyed taking care of people. She owned and worked in several restaurants and also did nursing. She will be greatly missed and loved by all.
Celebration of life will be at a later date.
