Olivia Duff, 7, whose mother Michelle Duff was volunteering at the event, got into the spirit of Exchange Day March 12, as more than 80 teenage girls walked out with free formal dresses. The program allowed girls to bring in previously worn formals to exchange for another or -- in the case of girls with no dress to exchange -- just pick out another to take home.
